HIS ROYAL HIGHNESS ALHAJI ABUBAKAR SHEHU ABUBAKAR III

He was born on Decemer 17, 1977 in Gombe town and attended Gombe Children Primary School and Government Science Secondary School. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Maiduguri. Shehu-Abubakar was a Supervisory Councillor in the Gombe Local Government Council between 2006 and 2007. He then worked as Personal Assistant to the Director of Administration, Ministry of Defence, Abuja, from 2007 to 2009. He also held posts of Chairman of Kliptown Lagoon Nigeria Ltd and Executive Director of Horizon Interlinks Global Resources. The new emir is not yet married,
